About You

  • Proven success in selling vehicle rental solutions (essential).
  • Strong understanding of rental industry terminology, operations and fleet customer needs.
  • Knowledge of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and cars.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A driven, proactive approach with the ability to self-generate business.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing leads, and building strong client relationships in the B2B fleet rental market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business through self-sourced leads, networking and proactive sales activity.
  • Managing and converting leads provided by the business.
  • Selling short- and long-term rental solutions (primarily LCVs, as well as cars).
  • Negotiating, structuring and closing profitable deals.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, demonstrating expertise in vehicle rental and fleet solutions.
  • Building long-term partnerships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Benefits
