U-Drive Ltd is seeking a Damage Manager to lead the damage function across its fleet in England and Wales. You will manage a four-person team, own end-to-end damage assessment quality and personally handle high-value or contested cases to protect recoveries and client relationships.
You will drive evidence-based settlements, coordinate external repairs, and report monthly on volumes, recoveries and financial performance.
