U-Drive are looking for a friendly and âcan-doâ driver/valeter who thrives in a customerâfocussed environment for our Fareham branch! If you have a full UK driving license who can confidently operate a range of vehicles weâd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Driver/Valeter at UâDrive, you\âll play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our Fareham branch, working a 45âhour week on a Monday to Sunday rolling rota. This role will require weekend shifts to be carried out from the Southampton branch. This position involves driving responsibilities alongside vehicle valeting tasks to ensure our rental vehicles are wellâmaintained and customer ready. Whether delivering vehicles to branches or directly to customers, your attention to detail and commitment to customer service are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive, deliver, and/or collect vehicles as directed
- Clean and valet vehicles to UâDrive standards
- Conduct endâofâhire vehicle checks for damage
- Complete drivers\â logs and branch signâin/out
- Perform PreâRental and PostâRental Vehicle Inspections, reporting faults and damage
- Park vehicles in designated areas
- Assist customers by showcasing vehicles and explaining controls
