The Ü Clinic is a multi-specialist consultant led clinic offering a range of exceptional expert care. We are a small but busy and reputable health clinic dedicated to supporting our patients. We currently offer GP, Ophthalmology, Skin and Aesthetic services. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to promote health and wellbeing to our patients and the community.
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Medical Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage inquiries
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our booking system
- Provide information regarding services, procedures, and clinic policies
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with billing and payment processing as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and phone calls
- Support clinical staff with coordination of patient flow
- Monitor and order office and medical supplies when needed
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and welcoming
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (healthcare experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, appointment booking systems)
- A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work from different clinic locations. These are currently Oxted and Sevenoaks. Flexibility to work on some evening and weekends.
