Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Services Business Unit where our vision is to become the leading provider of positioning services to industrial robotics customers.

Digital Growth Hacker

u-blox AG is a global leader in positioning and wireless communication technologies. We have built our business around selling GNSS modules through established semiconductor channels. Our positioning services are disrupting how customers access precise positioning β€” especially for drone developers, UGVs, roboticists, and ag-tech innovators.

We’re now looking for a resourceful, data-driven Growth Hacker with 2-4 years experience to help us find and activate our ideal customers online. This person will help identify developer communities, run digital experiments, and work cross-functionally to bring the right users into our orbit and convert them to users of our services and products.

Your Responsibilities

Community & Audience Growth

Discover and engage in niche communities (LinkedIn groups, Reddit, Discords, GitHub, dev forums)

Seed meaningful conversations and links that drive awareness of our Services

Monitor community feedback, trends, and needs related to our Services

Run lightweight experiments to test messaging, hooks, and CTAs

A/B test content and creative in channels like LinkedIn

Search & Content Discovery Strategy

Collaborate with other marketing functions to influence creation of high-impact content

Conduct keyword and trend research

Track platform and search term performance

Influencer & Partner Seeding

Identify creators and tool developers aligned with our audience

Coordinate influencer campaigns or paid placements with our corporate marketing team

Analytics & Reporting

Build dashboards with marketing ops to show engagement and lead metrics

Use GA4, LinkedIn tools and Salesforce Pardot to track performance

Work closely with our internal web, product marketing, and content teams

Align with business development and sales

Tools: Not limited to but including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Relay.app, Phantombuster, ChatGPT, GA4 etc.

Your Skills and Experience

2–4 years in growth, marketing, product, or community roles

Experience with experiments across digital channels

Strong writing and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

Exposure to hardware/semiconductor/IoT marketing

Familiarity with drone, robotics, or GNSS applications

Comfortable engaging online as a real human, not a brand voice
