Senior International Sales Executive – Residential Property\\n\\nLondon Based (Chinese Speaking)\\n\\n£45-50k basic (Uncapped OTE £100k)\\n\\nWe are supporting a leading residential developer with the growth of their international business and looking to appoint a Senior Sales Executive to their sales team based in London.\\n\\nThis role will lead the growth of the international business across the APAC region, with a particular focus on China and Hong Kong.\\n\\nYou will work with third parties and local experts to drive sales, whilst developing relationships with investors and private clients and liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the business.\\n\\nThis is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and confident individual to become involved with a rapidly growing division of the business and achieve excellent results. You will join a high-performing and focussed team and receive support directly from senior figures within the organisation.\\n\\nYou will have sales experience at a senior level from either Real Estate/Property or Financial Services and be a fluent speaker of Mandarin. Ideally you will have worked in the APAC region and have networks giving you access to institutional investors, HNW or UHNW individuals.\\n\\nThe position is based in London with frequent travel expected to China and Hong Kong.
Our client is offering an excellent package which includes a base salary up to £50,000 and uncapped OTE in the region of £100k. In addition, a generous holiday allowance, enhanced pension contribution and life assurance are included in the benefits package
