Our client is an established mortgage and financial services business working closely with local estate agency partners to support customers throughout their home-buying journey. They have a strong customer and employee focus, offering quality leads, dedicated administrative support, career development and recognition for high performers.
The Package
- Salary of £31,000 plus a supporting payment guarantee for a fixed period, with realistic earnings of around £70,000 including uncapped commission.
- You will receive either a £3,500 car allowance or company car, with a full driving licence essential.
- The role is five days per week, including Saturdays, with two Saturdays off per month.
- Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am–5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am–5.00pm, with the option to work from home one day per week.
The Role
As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will meet customers to understand their needs and provide tailored mortgage advice, identifying suitable solutions for their circumstances. You will promote insurance and protection products, generate new business from existing customers and work closely with estate agency colleagues and lenders to maximise opportunities. You will also ensure all advice is fully compliant with FCA requirements. The business provides warm leads and dedicated administrative support, including up to 15 guaranteed appointments per week, allowing you to focus on advising customers and achieving your targets.
About You
You will be an experienced mortgage adviser, ideally CeMAP 1 qualified or with CAS status, with a strong track record of providing quality mortgage advice. You will be driven, commercially focused and confident building relationships with customers and colleagues. A genuine passion for helping people achieve their property ambitions is essential. You should share the values of courtesy, honesty, trust, and respect, with a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. A full driving licence is essential.
