My Client is a Large house builder looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work across 2 developments in the Norfolk area. You will be offered a generous salary of up to 30k with a great commission structure plus mileage. There is an option of working Monday to Friday for this role. The lack of weekend working would be reflected in the Salary. Or the option of working Thursday to Monday is available as a standard working week.
The ideal person will need at least 2 years’ experience working on fast paced development or working with a similar national house builder.
- You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers, have excellent communication and provide outstanding customer service.
- Negotiate the sales details with purchases.
- Be confident to use a CRM system.
- You will need to drive to other developments to cover appointments.
- You will need to chase up customer leads, follow up on appointments and to try and maximise sales.
- Be the primary contact up to and including completion.
- Ensure the sales area is well presented at all times.
- Portray a professional image.
- Assisting clients with optional extras.
