Our client is a privately owned developer celebrated for their high quality and uncompromising standards. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a polished and knowledgeable Sales Negotiator to be the ambassador for one of their exclusive developments.

Role Overview

As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing a tailored, professional, and consultative service to their buyers. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium nature of the homes and the brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver an impeccable customer experience

* Build rapport with buyers, understanding their lifestyles and preferences

* Confidently present their homes, features, finishes, and optional upgrades

* Manage enquiries and nurture relationships throughout the buying journey

* Oversee reservation to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional process

* Work collaboratively with site and customer care teams

* Uphold brand standards with exceptional attention to detail across the marketing suite

* Maintain precise documentation and CRM tracking
