Overview
My Client is a Large house builder and specialise in Quality Homes. They are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the Worthing area.
The ideal person will need at least 2 year\’s experience working on fast placed development or working with a similar national house builder.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers, have excellent communication and provide outstanding customer service.
- Negotiate the sales details with purchases
- Be confident to use a CRM system
- You will need to drive to other developments to cover appointments.
- You will need to chase up customer leads, follow up on appointments and to try and maximise sales
- Be the primary contact up to an including completion
- Ensure the sales area is well presented at all times
- Portray a professional image
- Assisting clients with optional extra
