We are excited to be recruiting for a Lettings Manager for one of our clients based in Bognor Regis. Salary 28k - 29k OTE 40k to 45k + Company Car or Car Allowance - 33 days paid holiday plus an extra day for your birthday.
The Role as Lettings Manager:
- Take ownership of your branch, leading it as if it were your own business.
- You will be responsible for driving performance, profitability and growth.
- Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
- Generate new business, win instructions, and provide expert advice to landlords.
