The Role
- As the sole Sales Advisor on site, you will:
- Manage all sales enquiries and site visitors
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct show home and development tours
- Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
- Qualify customers and identify their buying needs
- Negotiate reservations and progress sales
