This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to take the next step in their career as a Senior Lettings Manager. You will be responsible for driving the performance and profitability of the lettings business, while leading and developing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding lettings expertise and an exceptional level of customer service.
- Manage business profitability and identify opportunities for business development.
- Generate new leads and drive new business.
- Motivate, coach and develop the lettings team.
- Lead regular team and morning meetings to maximise performance.
- Successfully list properties and advise landlords on achieving the best possible rental values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
- Keep up to date with local market trends and become a trusted expert in the area.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure properties are successfully matched with suitable tenants.
- Drive performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- You must be happy to work 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 Saturdays on, 1 off).
- You must have a Full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience within the lettings industry.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A successful track record of converting valuations into instructions and completed lets.
- Previous experience of leading, motivating or developing a team.
- A driven, passionate and enthusiastic approach.
- Self-motivated, commercially aware and target-focused.
- Confident working in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- A genuine passion for helping people find their ideal home.
