About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will take centre stage in helping customers through one of the most significant purchases of their lives — finding their dream home. You will manage the full journey from first enquiry through to key handover, delivering a professional, seamless, and friendly experience every step of the way.
Working Hours – Hours will be 35 hours per week – Thursday to Monday – Hours 10am to 5:00pm – Must be happy to work every weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers, providing expert advice and a first-class service.
- Conduct on-site and virtual viewings, showcasing the design, quality, and lifestyle of each development.
- Manage the complete sales process efficiently, from enquiry to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, incentives, and product information.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and site teams to support new launches and promotional activity.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring expectations are exceeded at every stage.
About You
- Must have at least two to three years proven experience in new homes sales.
- Strong communication and people skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable to different challenges.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Able to work Thursday through Monday (core business days).
