Job Description
Head of Product
Reports to: CEO
Location: [Hybrid/Remote — 3/4 days a week in our Borough Office, London]
Type: Full-time
Role type: Leadership team member — individual contributor (no direct reports)
About Tyviso
Tyviso is the only all-in-one platform for brand partnerships.
Â
We help brands like EE, Pets At Home, SKY, & Samsung partner with other brands to help retain and acquire new customers.
Â
Started by former Yahoo employees, we currently operate in the UK & Germany, with more international expansion on the way.
We’re growing quickly and looking for a motivated Head of Product to join our team and help fuel our next stage of growth.
Why this role exists
As a core member of our leadership team, you will be the single point of accountability for product strategy and outcomes. You’ll work alongside the CEO,commercial leads to set the company’s product direction and personally drive it from concept to launch.
Unlike many Head of Product roles, this position is hands-on and individual-contributor: you will craft the vision, prioritise the roadmap, run discovery, and work day-to-day with engineering and design – without a team of PMs to delegate to.
Your superpower is the ability to never surrender to complexity – cutting through noise and building elegant solutions that scale.
What you’ll do
- Set product vision & strategy: Create and continuously refine the 3–24 month product strategy tied to company OKRs.
- Translate strategy into action: Build a clear, outcome-based roadmap and personally drive it through discovery and delivery.
- Lead discovery and validation: Run customer interviews, market research, and hypothesis testing to define what we build next.
- Partner cross-functionally: Work directly with Engineering, Design, Data and Go-to-Market teams to ensure fast, high-quality releases.
- Champion simplicity: Relentlessly simplify complex systems, processes, and experiences so customers (and colleagues) can move fast.
- Define success metrics: Own product analytics and experimentation, ensuring every initiative is measurable and learning-driven.
- Influence at leadership level: Collaborate with the CEO and other execs on strategic decisions and communicate product priorities across the business.
Success in your first 12 months
- North Star impact: Deliver improvement in revenue through two or three high-leverage product bets.
- Time-to-Value: Reduce new customer activation time by 20%.
- Learning velocity: Establish a repeatable experimentation cadence with measurable learnings each quarter.
- Simplicity wins: Demonstrate clear reductions in product or process complexity – documented before/after improvements.
- Strategic influence: Recognised by the leadership team as a key voice shaping company direction.
The traits we value
- Never surrender to complexity: You instinctively break big, messy problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- Strategic and hands-on: Equally comfortable in executive discussions and in the weeds writing a spec or running a test.
- First-principles thinker: Frames problems from fundamentals, not convention.
- High agency, low ego: You take ownership and move fast while staying collaborative.
- Excellent communicator: Can translate technical, commercial, and customer perspectives into a shared narrative.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of web development, writing tech specs and knowledge of UX best practices.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management with demonstrable success shipping B2B SaaS products that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to work as a solo product leader in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
- Strong discovery, analytics (SQL/Amplitude/GA4), and experimentation skills.
- Comfort with technical depth (APIs, data models, integrations, privacy/security).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership-team presence.
Nice to have: e-commerce, martech/adtech, or data/ML product experience. European privacy familiarity.
How we work
- Outcome-based planning (OKRs), quarterly roadmap reviews, and monthly product readouts.
- High transparency across the leadership team, with fast iteration and a bias to testing over guessing.
30/60/90 day plan
30 days: Deeply understand the product, customers and metrics; publish product principles
60 days: Launch quick-win improvements and establish a metrics and experimentation cadence.
90 days: Kick off 1–2 strategic bets and lock the next two quarters of roadmap.
Compensation & benefits
- Up to £65,000 + bonus, dependent on experience, fit etc.
- Benefits: healthcare, pension, company socials
- Flexible work: Hybrid working. 3/4 days a week in Central London. Flexibility to better manage work/life balance.
Equal opportunity
We celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.
