Based in our London office, you will act as the "on-the-ground" lead, capturing authentic content, managing personal branding for senior leadership, and orchestrating our global agency partners. You are a hybrid talent: a data-driven strategist who can extract deep insights from Hootsuite, and a creative producer who can create high-impact content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Social Media: 5 years of experience managing and growing organic communities on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience with Hootsuite (Analytics, Listening, and Planner) and mobile content tools. Experience in Paid content promotion is a plus.
- Agency Management: Proven track record of managing external agencies or contractors. You know how to get the best work out of a creative team.
- Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical with the ability to define metrics and translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Executive Presence: Comfortable working directly with C-Suite and senior leaders to extract stories and manage their digital presence.
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience working within a Social Media Agency.
- Prior experience in the AdTech or a similar B2B technology companies.
- A portfolio demonstrating highly impactful organic campaigns.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the continuous development and evolution of the organic social media strategy for both the Taboola and Realize brands, ensuring distinct positioning and tailored content pillars for each.
- Strategy & Analytics: Define organic KPIs and manage the Hootsuite ecosystem. You will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from reporting dashboards to pivot strategy and prove ROI to leadership.
- High-Impact Content Creation: Concept, film, and produce "hero" organic assets. You must have a "platform-native" mindset, creating content specifically optimized for the algorithms of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Executive Branding: Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, managing their personal social media profiles and ghostwriting high-level thought leadership to build their professional brands.
- Partner & Vendor Management: Lead and manage external contractors, including social media agencies and freelance designers/editors. You will be responsible for briefing, quality control, and ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Global Stakeholder Liaison: Navigate a complex global organization to align social media assets with multiple regional teams and business units, ensuring brand consistency at scale.
