We’re building the future of digital property intelligence, and we’re looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager who’s ready to play a central role in shaping it. Someone who brings clarity, energy and momentum, and can turn great ideas into products that genuinely move the market for property professionals.
The Role
As our Product Owner / Product Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of how we define, build and deliver Tytl. You’ll work closely with design, data, engineering and commercial teams, making sure every decision connects back to what matters most: value for agents and property professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and shape the product roadmap, translating strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Lead discovery and prioritisation to focus on what delivers the most impact.
- Turn complex needs into concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver elegant, user-centred solutions.
- Champion the voice of the customer through insight, feedback and data.
- Measure success using clear metrics: adoption, engagement, retention and revenue impact.
- Continuously iterate: test, learn, refine, repeat.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a SaaS or digital product environment.
- A track record of taking products from idea to impact.
- Strong Agile delivery skills including sprint planning, backlog management and cross-team communication.
- The ability to communicate clearly with engineers, stakeholders and execs.
- A data-led mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Energy, curiosity and a collaborative way of working.
