We’re building TYTEN, bringing AI to the backbone of the $1.5T facilities management industry. Not a “sexy” industry, but the one that keeps the world running: elevators that don’t trap people, heating that works in winter, pipes that don’t burst on Christmas Eve. This industry is starving for change, and companies are banging down our door, demanding we build faster.

Our products help technicians and FM companies by orchestrating help desk operations, creating perfect work orders, and guiding engineers step-by-step with AI to resolve issues faster. At the same time, it’s not just about efficiency; it’s about people like you and me being able to enjoy their homes and workplaces without disruption.

We're three founders, fully locked in. For us, it's go big or go home:

  • Vlad: digs until he knows exactly what's broken on the client's side, then fights like hell to make sure we have the resources to fix it.
  • Serge: lives in the infra trenches, fighting code and chaos at 4am.
  • Tom: commercial bloodhound, already pulling in contracts while the ink on our whiteboard is still wet.

Now we need a Cracked Architect & Engineer (grit > specific frameworks). Someone who's not here for 'another job,' but for a shot at impact.
