Job Profile Summary
Customer Service Analyst plays an important role in ensuring that customer service operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.
This position will make sure the requests of the customers materialized in commercial orders are managed with the right priority and aim to improve the overall customer experience.
A Customer Service Analyst serves as the interface between customer service and other functions in the company to ensure the right service level is provided to the customers.
- Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring a flawless order-to-cash execution for orders of allocated customers.
- Provide prompt and accurate customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization, including Inbound Logistics, Stock Control, Account Managers, Demand and S&OP Analysts, Finance Analysts, QA, and Finance, as well as external partners such as logistics service providers (LSPs), to address issues and ensure optimal customer experience.
- Analyze the flows within your portfolio and propose optimizations to reduce costs and lead times, thereby maximizing customer service and optimizing costs for Tyson Foods.
- Make proposals for process improvements to streamline logistics and customer service activities.
- Maintain the accuracy in the system to reflect all the movements related to the Order to Cash and outbound Logistics flows.
- Responsible for maintaining accurately the master data related to own portfolio (routes, customer related fields, other) and address issues.
- Claims management, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain performance for your portfolio, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and Claims Resolution Lead Time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Participate in projects alongside other departments to optimize customer experience and onboard new customers.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records for audits and compliance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain field or related preferred
Work Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a supply chain manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for working with numbers.
- Being able to communicate at various levels of the organization.
- Able to represent the company externally, working with the account managers and customers on various topics.
- Problem-solving skills, able to propose solutions when an issue occurs.
