Job Details

This role is a member of the UK Production Team. The purpose of the team is to support the Production Department through movement of birds, mucking out, cleaning and sanitizing Poultry Houses. The Mobile Team consists of two teams – the Wash Team and the Service Team – and team members are expected to assist each other where necessary. Both teams report to the Mobile Team’s Manager and are based in the Production division.

THIS ROLE IS WITHIN THE WASH TEAM – The Wash Team is made up of 8 team members reporting to the Team Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Mucking out of farm buildings
  • Clean and sanitize farm buildings to a high standard
  • Adhere to all company Health and Safety rules and procedures
  • Assist with bird moves on occasion

Additional Responsibilities and Projects

  • Observe all hygiene rules, including personal hygiene, hand washing and wearing of all protective clothing
  • Strictly adhere to all bio‑security rules
  • Adhere to all Farm Health and Safety rules and procedures
  • Any other reasonable requests by the Team Lead
