The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 £ per year.
Main responsibilities include supporting the Facility Manager through effective supervision of people, equipment, and processes while carrying out first-class Poultry Stockmanship. The Team Leader drives positive behaviours and procedures through the Team Members and demonstrates a high standard of animal husbandry, including knowledge of animal welfare and biosecurity. Responsibilities also include:
- Hitting farm KPIs
- Maintaining biosecurity and welfare standards
- Ensuring safety standards remain high while ensuring PPE is available and used
- Ensuring all aspects of flock management run smoothly and feed changes happen on time

- Highly organised and able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Able to respond to changing priorities
- Taking ownership and responsibility of duties
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanour with a natural ability to build working relationships
- Basic IT skills
