Tyson Foods is seeking a Team Leader to support the Facility Manager in supervising staff, equipment and processes on a Poultry Facility in the Lincoln area. The role focuses on first-class poultry stockmanship, strong animal welfare and biosecurity practices, and driving KPI performance.
Additionally, you will assist with SIB testing at Larkfield farm, with full training provided for trial-bird responsibilities.
