Role Description
The Parts Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dungannon, responsible for driving parts sales and supporting customers across Tyrone International’s wash plant solutions.
Day-to-day activities include managing parts inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, proactively identifying new sales opportunities, and providing technical guidance on parts selection and compatibility.
The Parts Sales Manager will collaborate closely with service, engineering, and operations teams to ensure parts availability, accurate inventory levels, and effective after-sales support.
This position also requires monitoring sales performance, contributing to pricing and promotional strategies, and continuously improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in parts sales, customer service, or after-sales support within industrial equipment, construction, mining, or related sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand mechanical and process equipment, with the capacity to interpret parts catalogs, drawings, and specifications.
- Proven skills in relationship management, communication, and negotiation, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Competence in using CRM systems, ERP or inventory management software, and standard office applications (e. g., spreadsheets, email, and documentation tools).
- Solid organisational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple inquiries, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in forecasting, reporting, and basic sales analysis to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of wash plants, aggregate processing, or water treatment systems is highly beneficial, along with an understanding of industry safety and compliance requirements.
