We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced self-employed luxury real estate agent to join our team in and around Milton Keynes. As a luxury real estate agent, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of high-end properties, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of high-end properties in and around Milton Keynes
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including high net worth individuals and celebrities
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Work closely with other agents and brokers to ensure successful transactions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury real estate market
- Attend networking events and build your personal brand in the industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a luxury real estate agent, or a track record of successful sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Knowledge of the Milton Keynes location
- A network of high net worth clients and industry contacts
