The Role:
- Outbound calling to warm and cold investor leads across the UK
- Introducing off-plan Dubai property opportunities to high-net-worth and first-time investors
- Building rapport, qualifying interest, and booking appointments/viewings for senior consultants
- Managing your pipeline through our CRM system
- Working towards individual and team targets
What We're Looking For:
- Proven telesales or telephone-based sales background (essential)
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Real estate or investment sales experience is a bonus but not required — we'll train you on the product
