Overview We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious individuals to join our fabulous luxury real estate team at Tyron Ash International Real Estate. This is a commission-only role offering uncapped earning potential, and a genuine opportunity to earn in excess of £250,000 per year with direct exposure to the luxury property market. No prior real estate experience is required — this role is ideal for driven self-starters with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed. What You’ll Be Doing Representing premium and luxury residential properties Building and managing relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors Conducting property viewings and client meetings Generating leads and following up with prospective clients Negotiating offers and supporting transactions through to completion Building your personal brand within the luxury property space What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills High levels of ambition, drive, and self-motivation Confidence, professionalism, and presence Willingness to learn and be coached Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat this like your own business Resilient, disciplined, and results-focused No previous real estate experience required — full support and guidance provided.
