We are a leading, independent automotive group managing five busy service centres across the region. Our flagship sites in Hedge End and Whiteley are expanding, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, transparent diagnostics, and the highest standards of workshop safety.
To support our growing customer base, we are looking for two qualified and experienced MOT Testers to join our professional workshop team.
The Role
As an MOT Tester, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and roadworthy. You will work in a fast-paced, modern, and fully equipped environment, conducting independent inspections in strict accordance with DVSA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct efficient and accurate Class 4 MOT tests.
- Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and communicate required repairs clearly to the Centre Manager and front-of-house team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe ramp/workshop environment.
- Ensure all DVSA documentation and logging are completed with absolute accuracy.
About You

Requirements:
- Active DVSA MOT Tester (Class 4)
- Valid, clean UK driving licence.
- A strong background in vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and servicing.
- An up-to-date understanding of current DVSA regulations and standards.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to workshop safety.
