We're looking for a Centre Manager to run our Maidstone branch.

You'll need to know the tyre and fast-fit trade inside out.

If you can lead a team, keep a busy workshop moving, this is the job for you.

What you'll do:
Run the branch day to day, staff, workload and the workshop.

Keep customers happy so they come back.

Hit the branch's sales and targets.

Order stock and keep on top of it.

Supervise keeping the workshop safe and running smoothly.

What you'll need:
Good experience in the tyre or fast-fit trade.

Person to be hands on if needed.

Can lead a team and keep things calm when it's busy.

A positive attitude and a smart, tidy appearance.

Tyrepoint is a local, independent tyre and car centre in Maidstone.

We fit tyres, brakes, batteries, exhausts, shock absorbers and alloy wheels, and do wheel alignment on everything from everyday cars to high-end and performance motors.

We are a family run family run business, operating since 1978 and work from modern state of the art facilities.

Part of Point S, the world's biggest group of independent tyres and autocare dealers, gives them buying power which allows them to beat the big national chains on price, and offer great service to local drivers.

What you'll get:
£45,000 to £50,000 a year, depending on your experience.

Full time, 5 days a week including Saturdays.
