RESPONSIBLE FOR: Coordination of early careers and professional development activities.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: People & Culture team, line managers, mentors, graduates, apprentices, early-career professionals, professional bodies, training providers, universities and apprenticeship partners.

Role Overview
This role supports the design, coordination and continuous improvement of early careers and professional development activity across the business.
Working within the People & Culture team, the role collaborates with leaders, mentors, line managers and People colleagues to deliver structured development programmes that support progression, professional competence and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
Create & coordinate graduate, apprentice and early careers development programmes, ensuring activities are planned, communicated and delivered effectively.
Maintain programme calendars, learning plans, induction schedules, review points and development milestones.
Support onboarding and integration of early careers employees, helping them understand development expectations, business priorities and available support.
Act as a point of contact for early careers employees, mentors and managers on programme administration and development queries.
Support employees in navigating professional development routes, including initial professional development, continuing professional development and preparation for professional registration.
