We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing UK legal team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build broad in-house experience within a leading engineering and design consultancy, supporting major infrastructure, buildings and urban development projects across the UK and internationally.
Working closely with the Legal Director and senior business leaders, you'll take ownership of a wide range of legal matters from day one.
You'll advise on commercial contracts, disputes and claims, insurance, corporate governance, employment, data protection, intellectual property, real estate and company secretarial matters, including gaining exposure to cross-border legal issues.
This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys variety, values responsibility and wants to become a trusted legal adviser within a collaborative and growing business.
