With 100+ breakdown vehicles nationwide and a growing team, we’re looking for a sharp, detail‑focused professional to join our Quality Team and help keep operations running smoothly.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and quality‑check completed job cards to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Make sure work matches customer requests and safety standards
- Spot and correct pricing or process errors before invoicing
- Ensure all customer info is captured correctly (PO numbers, fleet details, etc.)
- Contact customers when further work is needed
- Re‑log jobs if required and raise credit requests when necessary
- Provide feedback to Team Leaders and liaise with Account Managers
About You
- You have an eye for detail and stay calm under pressure
- Strong communicator and problem‑solver
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in quality, admin, or customer service is a plus
