Experienced Thermoboard Insulation Fitters required for social housing properties. A rapidly growing Facilities Management company is looking for Thermoboard Insulation Fitters to deliver a safe place to live for residents in local communities and make a real difference every day!

LOCATION: DA/BR/SE postcodes working on Housing Association projects around Kent and SE London.

SALARY: £30K-£40K basic plus benefits, overtime opportunities, pension, van, fuel card, uniform, PPE, employee assistance scheme.

HOURS: Full Time, Monday-Friday.

As a Thermal Insulation Installer / Plasterer, you will be working as part of a busy team of property maintenance engineers, liaising with tenants in the local community, delivering excellent customer service, and efficient Internal Wall Insulation / Thermoboard installation.

One of the first major projects you will be given will be working on 47 social housing flats, installing new energy efficient Thermoboard, meeting Health and Safety standards and providing a plaster finish.

You will be an experienced Insulation Technician, with a proven Trades/Plastering background within the Social Housing Management / Housing Maintenance Sector, good customer facing communication skills, able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Your current or previous jobs may include Thermal Insulation Technician, Insulator Technician, Plasterboard Fitter, Fabric Installer, Internal Wall Insulation Fitter, Insulation Fitter, Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Technician, Property Services Engineer, Residential Trades person, Handyman, Handywoman, Handyperson, Multi Skilled Carpenter, Multi-skilled Plasterer or similar.
