ROLE: SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION: Office based -Briomley. You may be looking for Technical Sales Administrator jobs in Bromley, Bexley, Swanley, Sidcup, Dartford, Kent. SALARY: £54K – £58K basic plus benefits, pension. HOURS: Permanent, full time. As a results-driven Senior Sales Administrator / Key Account Manager, your primary objective will be to manage Key Customer Accounts, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, process sales orders, support and develop the team and CRM systems to meet sales targets and identifying strategies to drive forward the company’s sales growth. Your varied duties and responsibilities will include: * Managing key client relationships. * Understanding technical product applications. * Identifying sales growth opportunities. * Sales order processing, stock management and invoicing. * Mentoring and motivating the sales team to achieve KPI’s. * Analysing sales data using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting. * Collaborating with external sales, logistics teams and production department. As an experienced Senior Sales Administrator, you will be a key member of the sales team, highly self-motivated with a Sales Account Management/ Business Development background, ideally from an Engineering / Manufacturing environment. You will be a Senior Sales Administrator, with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as business, marketing or technology, a strong commercial acumen, a proven track record for exceptional performance, natural leadership skills, excellent communication skills and a high proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
