We are looking for a professional and compassionate SEN Tutor to provide empathy and ongoing support to children and young people in their own homes in the Tonbridge and Malling area.

Responsibilities
- Creating and delivering individualised learning plans tailored to the needs of the young person.
- Helping students to learn appropriate skills and mentoring them through the learning units.
- Taking initiative in resolving issues, anticipating needs, and delivering the relevant support.
- Remaining calm and composed under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Completing lesson reports and providing feedback on the young person\’s progress.
- Communicating with parents and carers over students\’ progress.
Qualifications / Requirements
- As a Tutor, you will have a positive, approachable demeanour, strong organisational and communication skills with the natural ability to build strong, trusting relationships with learners and their families.
- As an experienced SEN Tutor, you will have a professional teaching/ tutoring background, a familiarity teaching English and/or Maths, as well as knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment for children or young people.
- Whether you\’re a qualified teacher or an experienced tutor with a passion for supporting young people with SEN, there is ample opportunity within a company that value talent and dedication.
