This is a terrific opportunity for a dedicated Regional Area Manager to oversee and drive the operational performance of a profitable and sustainable Facilities Maintenance business. REGIONAL AREA MANAGER – FM AREA MANAGER LOCATION: Kent / London office. This is a Regional Management position covering the Southeast and surrounding areas. You may be looking for Area Manager jobs in Kent/Surrey/Sussex or Regional Area Manager jobs in the Southeast. You will have a full clean driving licence. SALARY: Competitive basic salary plus on target earnings, company car package, benefits, pension. HOURS: Permanent, full time. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm As an experienced Area Manager / Regional Area Manager, your primary objective will be to oversee multiple sites across the region to ensure that operational strategies meet company business objectives. Day to day responsibilities will include: * Developing teams to reach their full potential. * Creating a positive working environment. * Ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained. * Driving overall operational efficiency and business growth. * Maintaining Client relationships. As a Regional Area Manager, you will possess natural leadership skills, strong problem-solving ability, good analytical skills, excellent customer facing presentation/ communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, ideally knowledge of the Facilities Maintenance / Facilities Management industry. Current / previous roles may include Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Operations Manager or similar.
