This is a terrific opportunity for a dedicated Regional Area Manager to oversee and drive the operational performance of a profitable and sustainable Facilities Maintenance business. REGIONAL AREA MANAGER – FM AREA MANAGER LOCATION: Kent / London office. This is a Regional Management position covering the Southeast and surrounding areas. You may be looking for Area Manager jobs in Kent/Surrey/Sussex or Regional Area Manager jobs in the Southeast. You will have a full clean driving licence. SALARY: Competitive basic salary plus on target earnings, company car package, benefits, pension. HOURS: Permanent, full time. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm As an experienced Area Manager / Regional Area Manager, your primary objective will be to oversee multiple sites across the region to ensure that operational strategies meet company business objectives.
