Recognised as one of the South East’s leading independent Facilities Management Services companies, are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator / Administrator – to provide both clerical and administrative support. OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION: 100% Office based in Hartley- near Dartford, Kent. You may be looking for Administrator jobs in Hartley, Longfield, Kent, Meopham, Dartford, Gravesend, Bromley, Swanley, Bromley, Bexley, SE London. Driving licence needed. SALARY: £24K-£28K basic + benefits, expenses, pension, personal development opportunities. HOURS: Full Time, Permanent. As a full time, Office Administrator, you will be working as part of a friendly team, your varied and busy admin duties will include: * Purchasing office supplies and stationery. * Providing admin support to managers; managing emails, spreadsheets and reports. * Assisting with company fleet management. * Organising vehicle compliance checks. * Preparing monthly parking and travel reports. * Processing employee expenses. * Scanning documents and filing them electronically in the correct folders. * Supporting office Health and Safety procedures. * Performing stock control and auditing. * Inputting data into company systems accurately. * Assisting the Marketing Manager with social media accounts/ company website. * Communicating with clients and customers to monitor satisfaction. You will be an enthusiastic Administrator with at least 2 years office administration experience and good all-round office administration skills, confident in Microsoft Office and social media. You will have a personable telephone manner, be well organised with excellent written communication skills, attention to detail and strong initiative. Ongoing training and support will equip you with the skills you need, it is your ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team, as well as your positive, hardworking attitude that will contribute towards a fun and rewarding career!
