This highly successful construction-based company is looking to strengthen their team with a dynamic HR Manager to manage and implement HR policies, oversee the full employee lifecycle and ensure HR practices align with the overall aims and objectives of the business.
LOCATION: Office based near Faversham, Kent.
SALARY: Negotiable salary (depending on experience) plus annual profit related bonus, 25 days holiday plus an additional day per 2-year anniversary, private medical insurance, pension, onsite parking, nice and bright modern offices.
HOURS: Monday – Friday. Full time. Permanent. 9.00am – 5.30pm.
Working closely with a small, friendly team, you will be responsible for the overall HR functions including:
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR related matters.
- Manage HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding.
- Ensure employee records meet GDPR requirements.
- Support managers with employee relations.
- Implement and develop positive wellbeing initiatives.
As a Human Resources Manager, you will ideally have a CIPD level 5 qualification and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar HR Management role and a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation. You will be a positive, ‘hands-on’ HR Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle employee relations as well as good organisational/problem solving skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
