A reputable and rapidly growing Property Maintenance and Facilities Management Company are looking for an experienced Drainage Engineer to provide Drainage Repairs to Commercial Properties across Greater London.
LOCATION: Field based. Greater London.
SALARY: £38K basic plus van, salary reviewed after 6 months, fuel card, full PPE, pension.
HOURS: Full Time, Permanent. Monday- Friday. Plus, overtime available. As well as the option to join a 1in8 on call rota and receive a standby call out fee.
As an experienced Drainage Engineer, your role will involve:
- Reactive drainage engineering works
- Emergency call outs or planned drainage repairs
- Preventative maintenance of drains
- Drain unblocking
- High pressure jetting
- CCTV surveys for retail, offices, homes and various other locations
No day is ever the same!
Drainage Engineers will require:
- A full driving licence
- At least 3 years experience as a Drainage Engineer
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Good customer facing skills
- Problem solving abilities
- A solid understanding of Drainage Systems
Basic knowledge of the following would be desirable:
- CCTV camera surveying equipment
- Van mounted high pressure jetting systems
- Scan probe units
- Patch Lining
- Excavations
- Plumbing
- CSCS card
