Who we are

Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Create & Design, the product where every Typeform begins. Every customer starts here. The builder is where ideas become forms, where brands come to life, and where our promise of beautifully designed, effortless experiences is either delivered or lost.

As Typeform expands beyond forms into new surfaces and AI powered experiences, the builder needs to evolve too. The challenge is no longer just creating great forms. It is creating a platform that powers every future creation experience, while making world class design accessible to everyone.

In this role, you will own Create & Design end to end. You’ll define the strategy for our builder, evolve the shared platform beneath it, and work closely with Typeform AI to make creating great experiences faster, smarter, and more intuitive for every customer. Your work will define how millions of people create with Typeform, today and in the future.

About the team

The Create & Design team owns the core builder experience that powers every Typeform. From the editor and design system to version history, multilingual creation, brand kits, and custom domains, this is the surface where every customer creates. The team sits within the Data Capture group and works closely with Blocks, Multi Format, Typeform AI, Response Data, Growth, and Design to build a creation experience that is simple on the surface, powerful underneath, and ready for the next generation of AI powered workflows. This is one of the most important product surfaces at Typeform, and one that will define how creation evolves over the coming years.

Things you will do

  • Own the Create & Design roadmap and product strategy, aligning it with the broader Data Capture vision
  • Evolve the builder into the best place to create beautiful, engaging experiences
  • Platformise the shared capabilities that power creation across current and future surfaces
  • Partner with Typeform AI to bring AI assisted design, content generation, translation, and creation workflows into the builder
  • Define how AI helps creators produce better work while maintaining a high quality, human experience
  • Lead complex platform investments and technical migrations alongside customer facing product development
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to balance product craft with technical complexity
  • Shape the long term vision for creation at Typeform and sequence investments against that strategy
  • Monitor advances across AI, design tools, creator platforms, and modern productivity software to identify new opportunities
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, and commercial teams
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping, documentation, and decision making

What you already bring to the table

  • A strategic product thinker with strong product instincts and high ownership
  • Experience building creation tools, editors, design products, or other customer facing platforms
  • Strong platform thinking and experience identifying shared capabilities that scale across multiple products or surfaces
  • A strong appreciation for product craft and user experience, with the ability to balance speed and quality
  • An AI native mindset, you actively build with LLMs and AI tools, and see AI as a fundamental shift in how products are built and experienced
  • Experience working closely with engineering on technically complex products, migrations, or platform investments
  • Comfort discussing trade offs around performance, reliability, scalability, and technical architecture
  • A customer first mindset with strong discovery skills and data informed decision making
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills that help align teams around a clear vision
  • A collaborative leadership style built on influence rather than authority
  • High agency with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Strong product craft, including writing specifications, defining success metrics, and driving execution across multiple teams
  • Experience working effectively across distributed teams
  • A mindset of continuous learning, curiosity, and collaboration

Nice to have

  • Experience building products such as Figma, Canva, Notion, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, or similar creation platforms
  • Experience platformising shared capabilities across multiple products
  • Experience launching AI assisted creation features in production
  • Experience with real time collaboration or modern editor architectures
  • Experience building multilingual or localisation products
