  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and strong balance sheet integrity.
  • Strengthen our internal control environment and ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions.
  • Oversee revenue recognition policies and processes across our subscription and usage-based business models.
  • Lead our indirect tax strategy and compliance (VAT/GST, digital services taxes, and related obligations), partnering with external advisors where appropriate.
  • Oversee transfer pricing frameworks, intercompany accounting, and cross-border financial operations.
  • Partner with Legal, FP&A, People, and external advisors to support international expansion, entity creation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead external audits and statutory reporting processes, ensuring smooth execution and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, ERP optimization, and scalability improvements.
  • Build internal accounting capabilities while reducing dependency on external advisors where appropriate.
  • Provide leadership and continuity for the function, acting on behalf of the VP of Accounting & Controlling when required.

  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition, particularly for subscription and usage-based business models.
  • Experience overseeing indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and audit processes.
