TYPEBEA is the leading hair growth brand globally, founded in 2024 and present in 29 countries. You'll find our products in major retailers across the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Australia, as well as on our own website, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
We're a small team with big ambitions, where everyone owns a key part of the business as we scale into new markets. We challenge the norm and are always looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working. You'll have lots of autonomy, with plenty of room to shape and improve our systems and processes as we grow.
We're looking for a proactive Sales & Operations Executive to join our London team. You'll help keep every channel running smoothly, from supporting large global retailers through the order-to-delivery process to looking after our direct customers.
About the Role
This is a broad, hands-on position sitting across operations, sales channels and customer experience. You'll work closely with our Head of Operations, the Head of Ecom, the Head of Commercial, our 6 global 3PL's and external partners, gaining exposure to the full cycle from stock arriving at a warehouse to an order landing with a customer or retailer.
Operations and fulfilment
- Manage day-to-day relationships with our 3PL warehouse partners across the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Australia
- Support inventory management and product availability across all warehouses and channels
- Support the team with inbound shipments and stock transfers between markets
- Support demand planning, replenishment and procurement processes
- Monitor service levels and help resolve operational issues quickly
- Support the order-to-delivery process for large global retailers, working with 3PLs and freight forwarders
- Make sure retailer orders meet compliance requirements and are delivered on time and in full
- Help resolve order issues and support new retailer launches across markets
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team on retailer accounts, including new line forms (NLFs) and vendor set-up
- Work closely with the Ecommerce team to make sure website and marketplace orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Manage stock allocation and replenishment to B2C warehouses to keep products available across channels
- Work with 3PLs to resolve fulfilment issues and maintain service levels
- Keep the Ecommerce team updated on stock and fulfilment, flagging risks early
- Own customer service for our B2C channels, including the website, Amazon and TikTok Shop
- Handle order queries, returns, refunds and delivery issues, working with 3PLs and couriers to resolve them
- Spot recurring issues and feed them back to improve processes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting as the business scales
Your Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or sales operations, ideally within a consumer or FMCG brand
- Knowledge of operational processes and experience working with 3PL partners
- Customer service experience in an ecommerce setting would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, confident in Excel or Google Sheets
- Commercial, organised and comfortable juggling multiple channels and priorities
- Clear, friendly communicator with customers, partners and colleagues
- Proactive, hands-on and excited by a fast-paced scale-up environment
What's on Offer
- A genuinely broad role with exposure across operations, sales channels, marketplaces and customer experience
- International exposure as the brand continues to enter and grow new markets
- Strong opportunity to develop your career within a fast-growing hair care brand
- Central London location with a collaborative, entrepreneurial team
