The Role

We are looking for a talented and highly organised In-House Stylist to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of styling, from flat lay still life to on-model shoots. The ideal candidate will have strong technical styling skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Styling across all shoot types, including:
    • Flat lay photography (with strong pinning skills essential)
    • On-model styling
    • Still life and accessories
  • Preparing garments and products to a high visual standard
  • Managing and monitoring all clothing and products entering and leaving the studio
  • Maintaining organisation of styling areas, rails, and stock
  • Working closely with photographers, producers, and wider team to ensure smooth shoot flow
  • Upholding brand guidelines and adapting styling to suit different client needs
  • Problem-solving on set and maintaining consistency across high-volume shoots

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a styling role within a studio or e-commerce environment
  • Strong knowledge of pinning techniques for flat lay photography
  • Experience with on-model styling
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
  • Strong interpersonal skills – a true team player with a friendly, approachable manner
