Overview
A market-leading consumer brand is looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across two established ecommerce brands. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the full marketing function, shaping campaign strategy, managing paid media, driving brand growth and ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable commercial results. Working alongside a dedicated marketing team, you'll oversee campaign planning while remaining closely involved in execution across digital channels. Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across multiple ecommerce brands
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Lead PPC activity across Google Search, Shopping, YouTube and Meta
- Plan and oversee content creation across web, email and social media
- Manage CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer retention campaigns
- Oversee affiliate programmes, partnerships, PR and ambassador activity
- Work closely with ecommerce teams to improve customer journeys and conversion
- Manage and develop a direct report while coordinating internal teams and external agencies
- Monitor marketing performance, ROAS and commercial KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years' commercial experience in Digital Marketing or Ecommerce Marketing
- Proven hands-on PPC experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaign planning
- Strong understanding of SEO and AI-powered search platforms
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or similar lifecycle marketing tools
- Experience managing affiliate marketing or partnership programmes
- Previous experience leading or mentoring marketing team members
- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of ecommerce and customer acquisition
- Experience within consumer, lifestyle, outdoor or leisure brands
- Experience working with influencers, ambassadors or affiliate networks
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers or creative production partners
