An established and rapidly growing consumer products business is looking to appoint an Account Manager to support the continued expansion of its retail and distribution partnerships across the UK and international markets.
Operating within a fast-paced, product-led environment, the business has experienced significant growth over recent years and works with a number of major retail brands across leisure and outdoor product categories. With continued investment into product development, ecommerce and international expansion, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving commercial growth and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
This position would suit a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys balancing relationship management with operational delivery, forecasting and growth planning. The role offers broad exposure across retail partnerships, distribution operations and cross-functional collaboration within a scaling business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and distribution partners
- Drive sales growth across existing customer accounts
- Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance tracking
- Analyse sales trends, opportunities and account performance data
- Assist with pricing discussions, promotions and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate product launches and retail campaigns with internal teams
- Oversee order management, stock availability and customer communication
- Support onboarding of new retail accounts and distribution partners
Experience required:
- Experience within Account Management, B2B Sales or Retail Partnerships
- Background managing wholesale, retail or distribution accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with forecasting, reporting and sales analysis
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced commercial environment
- Good Excel and reporting capability
