The purpose of this apprenticeship role is to provide high-quality administrative support to Tyneside and Northumberland Mind’s counselling services while developing the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to become an effective administrator.

What You'll Do:
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional, calm and supportive manner, seeking guidance where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system, ensuring information is entered clearly, securely and in line with organisational procedures.
- Support the booking and coordination of counselling appointments, including arranging telephone assessment appointments and interpreters where required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including preparing documents, updating spreadsheets, filing information and supporting day-to-day office processes.
- Support invoicing and finance-related administration by gathering, checking and processing information accurately, under supervision.
- Communicate with internal teams and external services to support clients and help ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.
- Work flexibly with the Administration team and undertake other appropriate duties as requested by the management team, in line with the apprentice role.
Training Outcome: Potential full time role for the right person upon completion of apprenticeship.
