About this role
The Senior Project Manager role has been created to respond to the growing demand for mental health and wellbeing services across Tyneside and Northumberland. Reporting directly to the CEO, this key leadership position provides strategic and operational oversight across a portfolio of trauma‑informed, person‑led and community‑based services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the mobilisation and delivery of commissioned and grant‑funded programmes.
- Support and develop Project Leads, strengthening governance, quality and performance.
- Build strong partnerships with NHS, local authorities, commissioners and VCSE organisations.
- Drive service improvement, ensuring financial and operational sustainability.
- Shape the future growth and impact of our organisation.
Requirements
Experience in project management within the mental health sector, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and financial oversight skills.
