Our Business Development and Operations Coordinator role is an exciting new role at the heart of Tyneside and Northumberland Mind’s next phase of growth. This varied position combines business development, service coordination, and communications, supporting the delivery of mental health training, strengthening income-generating activity, and enhancing the charity’s public presence. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will help implement strategic initiatives, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and lead the new Ambassador Scheme, playing a key role in expanding the charity’s reach and impact across the region.

Role Details

  • Responsible to: Head of Business Development
  • Contract: Part-Time [25 hours/week]
  • Based at: Hybrid working, with ability to travel during working hours and occasionally out of hours across our area of benefit e.g. Newcastle, Gateshead, North and South Tyneside and Northumberland.
  • Length of contract: Permanent
