Tynedale Hospice in Ponteland is seeking a Registered Nurse Care Coordinator for a permanent role, working 18 hours per week across three days. In this position, you will coordinate patient care, manage referrals, and mentor junior staff within a supportive team dedicated to palliative and end-of-life care.
The ideal candidate will be a First Level Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and an awareness of palliative care. A driving license and eligibility to work in the UK are required.
