We are seeking an exceptional healthcare leader to join Tynedale Hospice at Home as our Head of Care Services, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of our clinical and community impact. This is a key leadership position within our Senior Leadership Team, responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-quality, nurse-led services across West Northumberland, Tynedale and Ponteland.
We are looking for a forward-thinking, data-driven Registered Nurse or senior care leader with strong operational and clinical leadership experience, and a passion for improving outcomes for people affected by dying and bereavement.
Location: Hexham, Northumberland (hybrid working available)
Hours: Full-time or part-time considered
Our services include Nursing Care, Complementary Therapy, Patient Transport, and Family Support—delivered free of charge to our community and funded through charitable income.
