The Vacancy:
Tyne Coast College is seeking an Interim Project Manager for a temporary position of up to 6 months, working 37 hours per week. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will focus on the college's new build for South Tyneside College. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the construction project
- Ensuring key elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality/safety standards
- Planning and scheduling
- Managing budgets
- Negotiating contracts
- Managing contractors and subcontractors
